The new Nakula rental apartments are situated on a strategic location in Seminyak Legian with easy access to Legian main street and the Sunset main road. The apartments are affordable, tastefully designed and decorated (by TORTOR Lifestyle) and completed with king sized beds, equipped kitchen area, LCD TV screen, broadband Internet access, dining table, sitting corner area, neighbourhood views and more.

This private studio apartment is conveniently located on the first floor with an approximate total size of 65 square metres. The room encompasses a white ambiance with lilac grey touches providing a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. The large sliding windows in the front open up to let fresh air into the spacious room and offer distant wide views of the Seminyak and Kuta area.

The contemporary designed low queen size bed is comfortable and intended to offer a good nights rest on its thick quality  mattress.

The brilliant white bathroom space is equipped with a luxury washbasin, toilet and rainshower. Furthermore, the bathroom has a large window, which can be opened.

Most of the apartments furniture is designed by TORTOR Lifestyle and if requested by the guests can be made to order and shipped to adorn your own house back home.

Kitchenette
The kitchen space is equipped with quality kitchen appliances, the water dispenser provides hot and cold water and mineral water is replenished (one gallon per week if booked monthly) when empty. Furthermore, the kitchen area includes a LG refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, toaster and more.

We have also provided a broadband internet WiFi connection for free, just connect your laptop or mobile gadget and enjoy unlimited internet usage to read your emails or browse the internet during your holiday.

Facilities
The apartment is outfitted with video equipment for your viewing and listening pleasure. In addition, there is a selection of DVD movies available and the 42 inch LCD TV offers 60+ international  TV channels for your enjoyment.

Bathroom
The bathroom area is located in the back of the apartment and entered through a glass door. The clean white bathroom is equipped with a large rainshower (Padova, Italy), modern toilet and glass washbasin. Furthermore, the bathroom floor is adorned with tropical stepping stones surrounded by white pebbles and the room has a large window offering views of the Legian area.

- Room Key (1 set/room)

A security deposit of  IDR 2,000,000 (USD 250) is required at check-in and returned upon check-out if all outstanding bills are paid and no damages have incurred during your stay.
