The new Nakula rental apartments are situated on a strategic location in Seminyak Legian with easy access to Legian main street and the Sunset main road. The apartments are affordable, tastefully decorated and completed with king sized beds, equipped kitchen area, LCD TV screen, broadband Internet access, dining table, living room area, great views and more.

This studio apartment is located on the building’s second floor offering expansive views of the Seminyak and Kuta area and on a clear day magnificent distant views of Mount Batukaru Tabanan and Mount Agung. The total apartment space measures approximately 75 square metres in size. Two powerful air conditioners offer cool relaxation after a hot Bali day.

The large sliding windows can stay closed or open to let some fresh air into the apartment. The large modern king size bed with a comfortable Florence mattress is positioned 2 metres from the
windows in order to enjoy distant neighbourhood views when you wake up in the morning.
A large wardrobe provides plenty of space to store clothes, personal belongings and more.

The brilliant white ambience gives the room a luxury clean and fresh look completed with its two luxury white lounge chairs and uniquely designed coffee table.

Kitchenette
The kitchen space is equipped with quality kitchen appliances, the water dispenser provides hot and cold water. Furthermore, the kitchen area includes a LG refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, toaster and more.

We have also provided a broadband internet Wi-Fi connection for free, just connect your laptop or mobile gadget and enjoy unlimited internet usage to read your emails or browse the internet during your holiday.

Facilities
The apartment is outfitted with video equipment for your viewing and listening pleasure. In addition, there is a selection of DVD movies available and the 42 inch LCD HD TV offers 60+ international Cable TV channels for your enjoyment.

Bathroom
The bathroom area is located in the back of the apartment and entered through a glass door. The clean white bathroom is equipped with a large rain shower (Padova, Italy), modern toilet and glass washbasin. Furthermore, the bathroom floor is adorned with black tropical stepping stones surrounded by white pebbles and the room has a large window offering views of the Legian area.

A security deposit of  IDR 2,000,000 (USD 250) is required at check-in and returned upon check-out if all outstanding bills are paid and no damages have incurred during your stay.
